Registration for the Spring 2012 Semester opened on December 19, 2011 after the Organizational Set-up Meeting adjourned.
Spring 2012 Registration will close on January 13, 2012 at 5:00 p.m.
Registration Requirements:
1.) A $25 per semester/per family, plus a $5 Arts/Crafts fee per each Arts/Crafts student, must be
paid before registration closes.
2.) A full Membership Application must be filled out and handed in or mailed in before registration
closes on January 13, 2012.
Besides providing your family's names, ages, and contact information; a statement of Faith, commitment to work at the co-op,
agreement of conduct, and dress code must be signed.
Registration forms can be Dowloaded and printed from the Attachment below. They have to be Downloaded to print correctly.
